Trip to Karvir Nagar (Kolhapur)
According to Hindu theology, in ancient times, Kolhasur, the son of the Keshi demon, was ruling here. He had left adultery and suffering in the state. So Mahalaxmi fought with him at the prayer of the gods. The battle lasted for nine days, and the giant Kolhasur was killed by Ashwin Purakh Mahalaxmi.
